More Maps

These Maps  were made with diffrent ideas in Mind. The pictures left show the "Hardest Day Map".
This particular map was made with the idea to increase the distance between the bases to a maximum using diffrent methods.

The Players should team up as follows:

- Player 1+2
- Player 4+5
- Players 3 and 6 are on their own or can team each with one team.

These Maps can also be played like this:

Human Players 1 + 2 against Computer Player 3 + 4 + 5 + 6

The "Hardest Day" Map

This is one of my favourite maps. Your will need an actual PC-System to use this map however.

The "Hardest Day" Map

At the right side, you can see the P"-base, at the left side the P1 - base. The two should threfore team up. As well P4 + P5.

The "Five Castle"-Map

This Map has P1 in the Center and the 5 other Players around.
its made with the Idea in Mind, that a human Player can play against all 5 Computer simulated players and have a real chance to defend.

The "Five Castle"-Map

Here the "Five Casle"-map in a satellite-view. In the water is electricity. there are coal fields everywhere on this map.

The Coreporation Map

This Map was made from Martin Langeder. Its a CoOp-Map, so it would fit into the CoOp-map Series as well. The Maps from Martin use less CPU-Power then most of my maps.

The Coreporation Map

The Map is split in 4 parts. There is much fewer resources then on my standard maps. The gameplay is faster. The game does not take the long time as for example on CoOp I or "Hardest day".

.

The Deepfreeze XXL-Map

I did not play this map often, as its only an experimet on how to resize the original Deepfreeze-map to maximum size. The Loading-Screen however was one of my best Scrren-Designs :-).

The "Heavy Go" Map

On this picture you can see that the distance between the players has been increased. Player 1 has the advantage that "Oversized Creatures" have no chance to enter his small base.

This map is good for "long ways". The map was a second attempt to increase the map size by using "labyrith structures". As you can see all structures are "hand drawn" and look like that.

This map doesn't look really amyzing, the combinations "in game" are however intresting.

The "Stolen Island" Map I

This map is heavy to play against strong computer forces. I guess we never succeeded in a Team-Game P1 + P2 against the Computer simulated Players (P3 - P6). Is some sort of CoOp-Map as well.

The "Stolen Island" Map I

The heightfield shows the principle of  this map, with the 3 Islands and a coal Island in the center.

The "Red Cross" Map

This map was made by Chachi and was added to the Map-Pack. As the maps from Chachi are "short range maps" I can't say much about it, I've never tried this one myself. What I can say is, that it has sound as well as stylish textures.

The "Seaside Vacancy" Map

This is a Map from Harpa, I played it twice. Since its a "short range" map, its not quite my map-architecture. I guess this map is a bit experimental at places. Also I assume that the "Impass Map"-Tool was heavily used to make the map passable :-).

These maps work very well on "Low CPU"-Systems.

Luftkrieg

This is another Map from Martin Langeder. We played it once, however I have no Picture actually. The Design of the map is more a study/experimental, I don't think this is a map that will be played quite often. Please note that on all the "Loading Screens" His name is wrongly written "Langeder" is the proper spelling. He is from Austria.

Hourglass Map

This is another "short range" Map, from Chachi. As I normally do not play "short range", I can't say much about this map. It for all those who like short range maps.

The "Air-Map"

This was my first attempt to make a map. It was made "by hand" and the name is "Air-Map" because the Players are "on safe mountains". They can only attack each other via air.

Actually (since Insect Invasion) the are more possibilities. Did anyone try to load 5 henchmen into the heli and then bring them on the neighbours mountain? This map was renewed to Vers. 2.0 on the 30.08.03. Please use only the newer versions as it is a lot improved.

The "Air-Map"

Air map was all handmade and experimental. I do not play it anymore, its in the map-pack for historical reasons.

The Coreporation Map

This is another in-Game Screenshoot, showing intresting Shark/Gorilla Mixtures from Martin Langeder (P2).

This is another in-Game Screenshoot, showing a "Snap-Anaconda" at work.

The "Five Castles"-Map

This is another in-Game Screenshoot, Showing how to use "Sonic Towers" to prevent intrusion of non-long range artillerie units.

The "Five Castles"-Map

This is another in-Game Screenshoot, Showing how P2 defends the base. Please note the camera is looking from the enemy side here.
